Tap at Imazato. Fruity, herbal, pineapple. A bit of yogurt, sage, grapes. Nicely tart. Interesting and the sage is not as invasive as expected.

Pale golden hazy golden. Big pineapple, wild funky, dehydrated pineapples, leather in the nose. Very interesting. Not so hoppy in the nose. Moderately sour. Lots of bandaid. Very esoteric.

Tap at Jacs. Pint. Slightly hazy orange-tan body. A pretty cool variation on a Brett IPA, the pineapple and sage really balance it and add depth. Quite enjoyable. Very modern.

Draft at OLAR. Pale clear color. Aroma is moderately fruity pineapple, a little wild, spikes of tangy Brett a light tart citric flavor. Flavor is drying light pineapple. A well balanced mix of brett, oineapple, and hoppy pale ale. Not sure where the white sage is but a fine beer nonetheless.

Draft 5 oz pour at Hop and Hound. Very refreshing and pleasant beer here. A cloudy golden yellow pour with a dusting of soft foam head. Juicy mango pineapple like aroma with some soft spicy hop character going on. Maybe the sage? Spice fronted flavor, that turns slightly sweet, then a little more so sour, and a bold floral like finish. I’ve never liked a pineapple anything as much as I like this beer. Lemon tart mixed with floral hop bitter. A ton going on here. If interesting was a category to rate on this site, of would get full credit from me. Delicious.

Some pineapple and bretta to be sure but doesn’t mix like oil and water. Hazy golden pour with good lacing and ok head. Tangy finish. Tap at sovereign.

Bottle. Pours a mostly clear yellow color with a medium white head. A big sweet citrus nose. The flavor is big pineapple, toast, lemons. Smooth. Very light.

Beer and Smoke, Brooklyn bottle: pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is pineapple and herbs and light funk. Taste is softly sour. Light sweetness. Very fruity. Well done And easy drinking.

Bottle. A- Sage, white pepper, pineapple. A- Gold color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Sage, pineapple, pepper. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Saw this sitting around for a while and finally decided to grab it. Glad I did. A nice blend of sage and pineapple. Very tasty and refreshing. Different but it works really well.
