Tight white head on a still pale amber coloured body. Wet cardboard & wet dogs aroma. Malt, wet paper & ...... nothing. Probably the worst beer I've ever tasted. Who drinks this??

[33cl bottle at a Las Iguanas restaurant at Cheshire Oaks. I was surprised by this, a zero alcohol beer that actually tastes like its alcoholic brother. Not that either of them is a great beer of course. Straw coloured with a lasting white head; cereal grain aroma; sweet cereal taste; and a little grassy bitterness to finish. Better with lime.

Bottled. A golden beer with a small beige head. The aroma has very light notes of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, brewing cereal, and metallic hops, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle at Tucan, Belmont Street. It pours golden with a touch of amber and small fluffy head. The aroma is damp grain, toasty, quite a big hit of paper, pencil shavings and grass. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, bitter - sweet, toasty grain, hint of lemony fruitiness, grassy, touch of green veg, paper and pencil shavings with a drying finish. Light body and fairly high, foamy carbonation. Just about drinkable when cold, but I wouldn't rush back for another bottle.
