Pine and grapefruit. Some bark, pine sap. Golden pour with decent head and lacing. Bitter finish. Decent but not a lot here. Tap at Fire Works.

Poured from 473mL can (pkg 11/16/20 - approx 6 months old). Slightly hazy golden orange with off white head. Sticky biscuit malt with a touch of caramel malt and hint of bread malt, fairly mild resinous hops. If it were fresher, would probably have a very nice hop profile and be a good example of a WC IPA.

Can thanks to Sarah! Pours a clear orange gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of pine and some bitter citrus rind with a hint of grass and grain underlying. Flavor has pine and some earthy grapefruit with citrus rind and a hint of sweet grass backing.

Can from The Gull, North Vancouver
Biscuity, with resinous hops, strong bitterness, not very bright, alas it's not fresh, but it's solid. Pleasant modern West Coast IPA.

1 Pint can. Pours cloudy orange with a fluffy head. Pine, grapefruit zest, caramel, herbal hops, cough syrup, roots. Herbal hoppy bitterness, malty sweetness. Full bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, hoppy bitter finish. Good classic IPA.

Can picked up from Mikkeller webshop somewhere in Denmark and consumed at home listening to the new Bicep album Bicep - Isles, Friday 22nd January 2021. Pours hazy mid gold with a white head, some light caramel notes intermingled with a little citrussy edge. Grapefruit predominantly in the mouth, but perhaps no not as bitter and pithy as expected, but very good though. Oh forgot to mention that I am cooking Thai Green Curry and Loz is making Spring Rolls. Dry, finish the bitterness is held in check by a nice malty base. This is a great beer.

473ml can from Beer Republic. Poured pretty much clear golden in color. Canned 09/14/20. Strong resiny, heavy bitter, marmalade, malts and oranges. Heavy stuff, but good overall.
