Irrawaddy is our bold and lush Sour IPA, with different hops in each version (V3: Citra/Belma) Obviously we had to use one of our favourite yeasts, Sacch. Trois, as those critters love a soured beer and work so well with an abundance of hops. It is a beer that gives us one of those perpetual grins, so we named it after the always smiling Irrawaddy dolphin.
