Tap at MBCC. Black pour with a beige head. Loads of coffee, vanilla and chocolate, some nutty and boozy notes. Full bodied with soft carbo. Well made, but not that interesting.

(Draught at Barrels Burgers & Beers Gamla Stan, Stockholm, 23 May 2024) Black colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of chocolate, coffee, caramel, toffee and cinnamon. Malty, roasted, vinous taste with coffee, dark chocolate, cacao, caramel, toffee, cinamon, vanilla and a generous roasty bitterness in a thick and warming finish. Full body, with a slight sweetness. Rich, powerful and tasty. Not quite as sweet as suspected. Very nice.

Pours black with a small fading dark tan head.Nose shows coffee, roasted malt, cocoa, liquorice, toasty malt. Enticing.Flavours include more roasted malt, chocolate, nutty malt, a bit of a whack of booze. Not as fleshed out as the aroma suggests but pretty decent!

A black beer, a head is medium and brown. Aroma has coffee, chocolate, caramel. Taste has roastiness, black coffee, dark chocolate, light vanilla. Almost full bodied, not stickyness. Very nice.

Can at BBT 11/2023 #2. Medium body, medium carbonation. Lots of bitterness, coffeeish. Very high coffee intensity, unfortunately not the most delicious, feels harsh, like spent coffee. The fudge is in the background, meaning I do not get it at all. Med-light dry cocoa, light sweetness. Hint of vanilla. Overall - not terrible. It is good, but expectations were much much much higher. Feels rather disharmonious.

Black color with medium beige head. Aroma: coffee, vanilla, cinnnamon, sour notes. Taste: lactose, milk chocolate, fudge, overextracted coffee, cinnamon, warming alcohol, slightly too much. Full body, low to moderate bitterness, high bitterness. Good but not outstanding.

Can at BBT 12/2023 #2. Malty aroma and taste, roastyness, coffee, cocoa notes, medium body. Full body, malty roasty bitter finish. Good.

Pours black, no head. Scent is roasty, full, intense, chocolate. Taste is full, roasty, super chocolate forward, robust yet so we'll worked in bitterness. Tad green coffee, but not only is it acceptabel, it's enjoyable. Misses some intensity of the vanilla to me. As always, a great beer - though not the best version of speedway I've head
