Bottle, danke Günther! Clear green-golden, eggwhite lacing head. Fresh grassy aroma. Chewy grainy base, light sweetness, light fruit notes, solid hop counterpoint. Fullbodied, mellow sparkly mouthfeel. Well-crafted Helles.

Bottled (thanks mctapps!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is grassy, floral, herbal and some earthy notes. Flavour is grassy, sweet grains, herbs and mild sweet bready notes. Very nice Helles.

Swing top bottle (Peta). Clear golden color, small white head. Sweetish grainy fruity aroma. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Sweetish malty flavor. Mild grassy citrusy hoppyness. Clean well-brewed Helles. Top of this notsointeresting style.

(swing top bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a meadium-sized foamy white head. Mildly grainy and slightly doughy pale malty aroma with a delicately touch of herbal hoppy spice in the background, accompanied by hints of citrus when the beer gets a bit warmer. Moderately sweet.bitter flavour, rather light bodied with a crisp carbonation. Quite rounded doughy pale malt with notes of herbal spicy hops; sweet-bitter mildly grainy malty and herbal hoppy finish. Clean and crisp pale Lager, an alternative to the heartier Fiege Gründer and the hoppier Fiege Pils. 27.IV.15

0,5 l swingtop bottle as a promotional gift, best before 14/12/2015. Clear, pale straw yellow with a medium large, foamy, stable, white head. Shy, grassy aroma of grains, caramel and hay. Sweetish taste of grains, biscuits, caramel and hay. Short, slightly bitter finish. Thin to medium body, smooth mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very fresh and solid helles, easily drinkable. Not very interesting though.

Many thanks for this beer to Erzengel. Pours aclear golden yellow color with small head. Lightly sweet malty flavor with a light hops finish. Light, easy drinking Helles.

Vielen Dank an Erzengel! Klare goldgelbe Farbe, mittelgroße weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch hopfig mit Getreidearomen, dezent bitter. Geschmack malzig getreidig, schwach hopfig, kaum bitter, gut trinkbar aber nichts besonderes.

0.33 siwng-top bottle, courtesy of pivnizub! Clear golden yellow with an impressive and persistant white head. Malty nose, grainy. Starts also malty with a grainy touch, some shy hops tune in towards the finish. Easy-going, solid Helles. Due to its style not as spectacular as some so called craft beers, but an easy-drinking, pleasant and well-balanced Helles which I would drink again any day.

33cl swing-top bottle. Grainy-sweetish nose. The beer starts mild-smooth and very dry. Nice intense bitterness in the mainpart, which is a bit neutral but nice. Smooth and slightly grainy but highly drinkable. Fresh and crisp in the aftertaste. Nice.

Buegelverschlußflasche (0,5l): Clear, pale greenish-golden, big stable and lacy white head,grainy, pale-malty and bisquity nose with a mild herbal hoppy - like a diluted Fiege Pils - background; mild bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, not really soft; slightly lingering and a bit more bitter pale malty and - incredible - hoppy finish. A bit too tame, but nevertheless a well drinkable brew...
