Lichtgeel bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is heel licht zurig met iets van citrus en wat appel. Valt me zwaar tegen.

Slightly cloudy pale blond beer, small creamy to aery white head, unstable, falls down quickly. Aroma: very malty, grains, hay, cow fodder. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very malty, a bit sweet even, gentle bitterness, a little fruity, cow fodder, metallic touch. Aftertaste: more metallic, banana peel, a little bitter, sweet touch, grains, cow fodder, too sweet.

Very light hazy yellow colour, almost no foam. Nose of grass, some citrus, a bit bready. Taste is malty, some lemony notes, refreshing, a bit out of balance.

Pours pale, clear blonde. Scent is quite DMS-forward, heavy on the grains. Taste is exhausting, loads of 'sweet' character from the higher than desired DMS, a restrained bitterness does it's best to lift the beer up, but can't cope with the high DMS levels. Not much beyond these factors, really. Could hopefully be improved.
