DESCRIPTION

The fifth incarnation of our original New England IPA brewed to celebrate our 5th birthday party. It’s chock full of Azzaca, El Dorado and Ekuanot, boatloads of soft oats and wheat, and fermented through with Vermont yeast to further bolster the stonefruit esters. for us, a classic NEIPA.

Goes well with your head in the clouds.

At a tasting, small stable bubbly creamy head, murky deepish yellow color, aroma of apple, minerals and plaster, flavor of grapefruit and fruit with a hint of pine, medium bitterness with too much sweetness. Unbalanced but still nice.

Bottle. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of marmalade and honey. Flavour of pine and dried leaves. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. This was bottled 10 months ago, so it isn’t as fresh I’d have liked, but it’s still tasty... albeit very dry.
