We’ve been experimenting a lot recently with different hop combos but thought it was time to let Mosaic shine on its own. Brewed entirely with Mosiac in the kettle, whirlpool and multiple dry hop stages. Expect a wide range of flavours and aromas to pop everything from mango to berry, peach to pine. Fermented with London Ale III to coax even more fruity flavours out this hazy IPA is smooth and chock full of fruity deliciousness.

White foamy head left a froth on a hazy pale golden coloured body. Zesty aroma with tangerine, bubble gum & orange peel. Medium to full, tingly over the tongue with smoother back. Melon, mango, citrus peel & under ripe stone fruit with bitter hoped up finish. Class.

17/9/2022. Can shared by danlo, cheers Ed. Pours cloudy pale yellow gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma of pineapple, orange, passionfruit, grapefruit, papaya, grass, pine. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness, light tartness. Medium body, slightly creamy, average carbonation. Nice bitter finish. Good.

440ml can from S43. Hazy gold colour, white foam head and aroma of tropical fruits, mango, oats. Taste is sweetish, malt, caramel, oats, juicy fruits, citrus, grapefruit, pine with hop bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying hoppy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Can from the Low Cost Beer online shop. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of classic mosaic hops - pineapple and a hint of blueberry. Taste is quite bitter, tropical fruit. Sharp finish.
