Excellent. Quite smooth, mild grape, slight metallic, mellow acidity, great. The balance is really outstanding. A little tannic quenching, subtle woody notes. Nips of berry and rounded grape. Delicious.

Poured from a bottle dated December 15, 2023.
Aroma is grape forward with lots of red wine grape notes. Some berry, sandalwood and hints of tobacco. Light notes of grape must. Medium light earthy, herbal must notes. Light grain and alcohol notes with faint oak.
Pours a fairly clear, purplish red with a large, thick, pillowy, slightly pink head that recedes quickly to the edges where it lingers.
Flavor is slightly acidic but not sharp with a faint sweetness and light grain notes. Medium bitterness with light alcohol notes. Moderately strong red wine grape notes with moderate grape must. Light tannins and hints of oak. Light notes of berries, red stone fruit and hints of wood. Faint oak notes. Light herbal, earthy musty note. Light peppery phenolics note.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a solid grape lambic. Nice fruitiness and a bit bright. Nice grape notes and hints of the barrel.

Side by Side with Piacere. Both vinous, but this is tarter, a bit more of a sharp edge. Lots of cherry-like notes.

Bottle. 75cl. Thanks to SirAlex. Pours cloudy red with a fine bubbly head. Super juicy and tart. Refreshing. Minerally for sure. A touch of grape and plenty of red fruit , cherries. Dry and funky finish with berries and barnyard lingering.

Bottle at the loon factory. Clear deep ruby red. Slim just about pink foam. Nose has grape must. Summer berries. Iodine vibes. Mineral. Taste is fairly sweet in a cherry lips kind of way. Gets pretty dry with a fruity pucker. Light and breezy. Fine bright carbonation. Drying fruity tart finish. Session-able, as it were.
