Bottle 500ml. @ home. [ As Engel Helles Vollbier ].Clear medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, gabbage water, vegetables, grass, light bread. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, corn, sweet malt, sugary, light vetables, light grass. 0,5 l bottle with screw cap. Clear golden in the glass, more than one finger white frothy head. Smells grassy grainy. Taste is typical Hell, some malt, some grain, spicy, but all on a low level. Easy drinking stuff, nothing wrong but also only standard.

Bottle 500 ml. Light golden, good white foam. Aroma: pils malt and a little spicy-herbaceous hops, a few mushrooms and soap. Taste: clean, slightly watery, malt, a little fruit and hops, drinkable.

50cl bottle. Pours clear deep golden colour with a mid-sized good lasting off-white head. Aroma of toasted malt, mild fruits, grains. Taste of sweet malt, toasted malt, caramel, some dry fruits.

Bottle from Famila, Westerland. Sweetish grainy beginning. Fruity hints like lemonade, moderate grainy bitterness in the end. Very strange. Fruity-bitter and grainy sweetish ending.
