Windows Up is a single IPA made with Mosaic and Citra hops. It pours a hazy straw color and is topped with bright white beer foam. Piney aromas mingle with fruity notes, while hints of citrus fruit and an overall lingering resinous quality lend a touch of complexity to this dank IPA.

Bottle @ home. Clear golden color, average sized white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, very nicely hoppy, sticky hops, hop bitter. Old school hoppiness, resinous and piney, yeah I love it. Not this NEIPA sweetness you get everywhere nowadays. Decent to medium body and carbonation. Original review text: Sampled at Zeezicht, Breda. Clear golden color, medium sized white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, loads of hops, nicely bitter, hop bitters. Some malty bitter notes as well though. Less fruity hoppy than expected.

Draught at The Ave, 1/3/18.
Moderately hazy, very light, juju yellow with deep golden hues and a small but fairly well-retained, white head.
Nose is full of the good Mosaic stuff. Juicy nectarine, apricot, dank greenery and only a bit of light pine on the end. Citra contributes indistinct yellow fruit, not really as pineapple-driven as usual, for a very juicy, citrus-tinged aroma featuring light, honey-like malts that gently balance. Clean and no alcohol.
In the mouth it's soft, tightly carbonated and malty in the texture with good dryness. Green, dank flavors combine with nectarine, meyer lemon, pineapple, papaya and melon to produce an almost sweet-like hop character with moderate juiciness and low-to-moderate, pine-tinged bitterness. Crisp and refreshing on the finish with great dryness and just enough citrus. Really excellent stuff, not even buying in fully to the NE IPA craze either. And here I thought Alpine was all washed-up.

Bottle from Brewklopedia, Leicester. Dark gold and clear with pretty much no head. Strong musty aroma with candied orange and loads of resin. Sweet, fruity taste turns savagely bitter, then rounding off more balanced with citrussy hop oils on the tongue. Overripe tangerine and more resin in the aftertaste. Complex and delicious.

Bottle from Boise Co-op. Medium golden with light Airy head which Fades to just a small skin. Fruity Aroma, mild fruit. Hops come through a little bit stronger in the taste. Some nice caramel malts, a little bit Citrus hops. Nice weight and feel to it. Mixes between the sweet and the bitter leaning more on the sweet side.
