A really simple malt bill that should allow the hop to really shine through. A classic west coast IPA is cleaner, crisper than a Pale ale with a more distinct bitterness. A style of beer the Talus variety of hop was designed for!

33cl can from Hopsmore Medium creamy white head. Hazy golden pour. Light bitterness.

Light straw colour and with very light haze and a white head Aroma - light floral and rose Flavour - fairly crisp with a fairly light bitterness, slight bready malt flavour, floral and light citrus and grapefruit.
