Poured into a tulip.
Appearance: dark yellow to orange color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: pineapple, apricot, passion fruit and light gooseberries; light clean malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweet juicy quality with a fine finish of the passion fruit and pineapple
Texture: medium bodied, great as a sipper; some smoothness along the tongue; nice low carb
Overall: I say a very nicely done NEDIPA I would return to.

Tap into a snifter showing lightly filtered dark yellow with sparse white foam. The nose shows dried apricot and passion fruit. The palate is full bodied and well carbonated. Flavors of thick honey and pineapple with a moderate citric edge. Finish is more honey and pineapple.
