Reviewed from notes.
On tap at Foam Brewers
Poured into a tulip.
Appearance: bronzed orange color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: citrusy rind bitterness with melons and papaya-like hoppiness; light clean semi-biscuity malts
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweet juicy quality; finishes clean with the melons and papayas
Texture: medium bodied, leans towards being a sipper; good smoothness; the carb seems a bit higher than expected for this style (hmmmm....uhmmmm, alrighty then)
Overall: mostly a pretty good NEIPA I would return to.

Tap into a snifter showing lightly filtered light yellow with white foam lacing. The nose shows a lot of juicy papaya. The palate is medium bodied and well carbonated. Light flavors of papaya with a strong malt backbone and light corn malts on the finish. Lacks fullness of flavor.
