Pours dark, yet clear brown. No head. Scent is very intense, old, damp oak. figs and dades, Taste has a mild sparkle of (bottle?) co2. Very intense dried fruits (raisins, figs) gingerbread. caramel, darkened, boiled in-sugar. Reminding me of Xyuayu, which is a very good thing !
Magus, pärmine, veinine, linnaseline, veits eee pärmi räpasus mis mulle ei meeldi. Ok.
Not sure if I like this more than the oloroso or not but I love it, so much caramel and dark fruit again, wish I had more of the oloroso to do a side by side. Definitely more chocolate notes though, chocolate covered dates, raisins, all that jazz.

330ml bottle. Heavy, intense with figs, prunes, malts, oak, sherry, toffee and syrup. A bit too vinous and slightly boozy dessert wine.

Dark brown colour, very thin layer of foam, dissappears quickly. Very complex, lots of dried fruit, raisins, plums along with a very complex red wine, madeira and woody notes. Also vanilla detectable. Great, fantastic beer!
