Clear amber to copper coloured beer, no head. Aroma: very oxidized, lots of port, wet cardboard, wet rags, smells dirty and old, not very inviting. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, dry, tannins, woody, soft acidity, very oxidized, more cardboard. Aftertaste: all oxidation, cardboard, sherry, a little fruity, some sour cherries. Meh.

Draught No head, dirty reddish brown beer. Amontillado sherry a mile out. Pure sweet (!) sherry with a special "funky" extra. Sour sherry with a nutty, dry finish. Light lactic and other acids, lots of fruitsugars it would seem. Looks uncarbonated but feels quite OK. Sticky on the lips afterwards, sherry-likie. More sherry than beer, really... but good!

Pours clear, dark, ambercopper. Scent is very full, extremely nutty. lovely intensity of the barrel. Taste is full, nutty, very expressive amontillado profile. Oak, dry, nutty oxidative pleasures ! powerfull and lovely.
