Can at online tasting of this brewery. Black color with minimal beige head. Strong aroma of chocolate, roasted malt, booze. After first sip, I couldn't breath, for me too much boozy beer. Chocolate, roasted malt, is also there, but booze is too much.

Tap at Hotic 2020. Black with no head. Sweet deep roasted chocolate malts, sticky and somewhat herbal. Dark roast. Big sweet and bitter. Bit ashy. Full body and soft carbonation.

Bottle. Deep dark brown color. Malt, caramel, chocolate and a hint of roast in the aroma. Malty sweet flavor, raisin, soft roast, coffee and caramel. Friendly, tasty beer.

Bottle. Color: Black, light brown head. Aroma: Sweetish, roasted malt, cocoa, Whiskey. Taste: Moderate to medium sweet and bitter, heavy roasted malt, cocoa, mocha notes, laurel, licorice and bit boozy and light vanilla and nutty Whisky notes. Over medium body, below average carbonation. Nice.

Bottle @ home. Dark brown to black color, full sized light brown colored head. Aroma is malts, dark and toasted malts, light cocoa. Taste malts, again toasted malts, light chocolate hints, softly sweetish and moderately bitter. Quite nice.

Medium tan head over reddish highlighted brown-black beer. Alcoholic & fusely nose, vinous woodbarrels, leather, some roast. Really intense liquorice/drop flavour with notes of tobacco, coffee, coffeecream and soy sauce. Finish adds chocolate to the deal. Voluptuous, warming, viscous feel; good carbonation. Long alcohol-warming effect. Despite outspoken flavours, good balance. Not half bad... easy does it, sipping this one. 7/4/8/4/15

schenkt zwart/bruin-rood met beperkte licht bruine kraag. aroma van koffie, wat zoete en weeïge mout, chocolade, melkchocolade, lactose, vanille, marshmallows, Smaken zijn redelijk geroosterd qua basis smaken, redelijk zoet ook van de melkchocolade, lactose, en marshmallows, vrij dun van textuur, donkere chocolade maar niet overdreven, een baltic porter is meestal vrij droog, dat valt bij deze best wel mee, iets van zoethout, laurier, ok co2, wellicht iets te koud geschonken, matige body, ok co2.
