Bottle 75 cl. Pours a clear golden with a creamy, white head. Yeasty, slightly phenollic nose. Medium body, initially appears dry but a fruity sweetneess sneeks in. Next to no bitterness whatsoever. I get the Champagne reference, but flavorwise the beer has very little to offer. 091023

Bottled 750ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him & hrabren, thanks! Pale golden coloured, medium to big white head, low carbonation, yeasty fruity nose. Sweetish, yeasty, light fruity and touch of yuzu with short dryish finish.

Bottled, 0.75l, huge thanks HP! And huge thanks Miroslav & Martin for bringing the beers from Denmark. Clear golden body, big, lasting ivory head. Yuzu dominates the aroma, bit dusty, malty. Soft, sweet taste, yuzu, bit tart, lightly alcoholic, dry. Not terrible?

Bottle @ Øllets Dag 2023. Pours hazy light straw with stable white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast. Mild, sweetish flavour of malt, with dry notes of brut and touches of hops. Estery and fruity aftertaste with malty touches. Reasonable.

Bottle, 6%. Refreshing acidic and slightly funky hop aroma. Hint of vanilla. Clear shiny pale golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour starts off with a larger note, but quickly turns more acidic. Also had vanilla in the flavour, albeit quite faint. Rose petal finish. Subtle, but quite nice.

Had high hopes about this one. But it failed completely Hazed pale yellow in the glass. Decent head and some lacing Moderate intensity in the aroma. Like a radler… Mellow sweetness and more or less no bitterness. Well it had 1 ibu.. Fine carbonation level. Easy to dink Mild malty, mild citric, some lemon in the flavor [Bottle at Drunken Chefs in Halden, Norway]
