Bottled 500ml (ABV 5.3%, MBS)
Clear golden color, small white head. Malty nose has some sweetness and cardboard. A bit flowery too. Light to medium bodied. Sweetish maltyness, some fruity, apple-like notes. Low bitterness. Somewhat clean and steady but more or less just another "pale" Märzen.

Bottle: Golden to deep golden, visible carbonation; malty-strawy nose with a slight bisquity touch, traces of burnt malt detectable; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; thinnish bitter-bisquity finish. Disappointing....

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, deep golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Sweet and strawy (cara-)malty aroma with herbal and slightly citric hops. Sweet-bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a carbonation. Hearty (cara-)malty base with a good dash of herbal and subtle fruity hops; malty and moderately bitter hoppy finish. Nice Märzen. 25.II.11

bottle, bought at the brewery. Dark golden colour, creamy and persistent head. Hoppy nose. Full-bodied with a bitter-sweet character. Fruity and malty, the hops seems to me like Saaz hops. Slightly grainy. Although being a Märzen, to me it rather seems like a good Czech 12° Bohemian Pilsener, due to the citrusy hops and the pleasant bitter-sweet character.
