Just in time for winter, this collaboration brew between Bent Stick and Hell's Basement will warm up your tastebuds with a whirlwind of brawny flavours. Specialty malts from local maltsters Red Shed and Hogarth blend flavours of chocolate, caramel, and roasted nuts contrasted by a bloom of kettle sour and fresh raspberry tartness.

473ml can. Pours a hazy red-brown with a small, creamy, long lasting, beige head that laces nicely. Semi-sweet aroma of caramel malt, dark chocolate, nuts and raspberry. Sweet flavour of caramel malt, chocolate and brown sugar in a dry, slightly tart raspberry finish. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Interesting, more Brown Ale than Sour Ale, but still works.
