Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus, Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm, consumed at home Sunday 19th February2023 listening to Hamish Hawk - Angel Numbers and we’re smoking a Pulled Pork Joint, Smoked Coleslaw with a Carolinar Vinegar Sauce. Pours clear chestnut with a filmy off white head that was big but has now diminished. Soft mouthfeel a little light almost dusty hoppiness, there is a steady maltiness, nice mouthfeel, a little metallic bite. It’s not my favourite style but it’s fine.

10-01-20 // 500ml bottle from mein-biershop.de. Pours clear brown with a quickly fading head. Smooth light sweet malty with minimal toast, light cookie and a touch of vanilla. Low bitterness. Good.

Old fashioned swing top bottle, thanks Beerhunter111! dark amber color. Malty, bready, soft dusty aroma and flavor with a hint of caramel. Soft floral notes. carbonation is soft. Tasty enough, but lacks the real zoigl bite.

500ml bottle. Clear, chestnut colour with average to huge, creamy, moderately lasting, moderately lacing, beige head. Roasty, dark malty aroma, slightly nutty, slightly grassy and minimally waxy, hoppy overtones. Taste is very aromatic, roasty dark malty, slightly nutty, minimally chocolately, barely sweet. Very nice.

500 ml bottle. Pours clear dark amber coloured, decent foamy head. Dry citrussy notes, malty caramel notes, nuts, some dark bread. Light bodied, watery oily texture, dry finish, fresh palate, soft carbonated. Nice dry Dunkel.

“Kummert Bräu Hausbier“, Flasche (50 cl) per Post von Mein-Biershop.de. - Kupferrotbraun, schwach trüb. - In der Nase mildes Karamelmalz, schwache fruchtige Anklänge, zart seifig. - Antrunk mild toast- und karamelmalzig, ganz schwache Röstaromen, ein wenig matte, zart säuerliche Frucht (Pfirsich). Durchschnittlich rezent, recht dünn. Dem faden Abgang fehlt es ganz entschieden an Hopfenherbe. - Nett malzig aber allzu harmlos und mild, eher Limonade als Bier.

15/4/2018. Bottle courtesy of trade with Gabriel. Pours dark amber with a bubbly off-white head. Aroma of nut, malt, toffee, dark fruit, hint of chocolate and light veg. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Nutty, malty finish.

Dunkler, mild getreidiger Beginn mit leicht erhöhter Karbonisierung. Trockene Herbe, süffig, zum Mittelteil wässriger. Die geringe Malzigkeit verwundert ein wenig, leider entsprechend wenig röstig. Kurzer trockener Abgang. 9/9/7/8/9/8
