An experimental collaboration brew with Phühaste Brewery from Estonia. We smoked the malt ourselves on Japanese cherry wood and subsequently added fresh cherries to the fermenters in order to combine both wood and fruit in one delicious Stout.

Vom Fass im Muted Horn Berlin 2017-07 getrunken. Ein smoked cherry Stout also? Der Rauch ist ganz schwach wahrnehmbar, allerdings wo sind die Kirschen? Am Ende wirkt mir dieses Stout nicht besonders stimmig.
