It is our first recipe of Oatmeal Imperial Stout totally based on German Specialty Malts (Weyermann). Well-balanced and flavorful Oatmeal Imperial Stout aged in cognac barrels. Light woody and vanilla notes, dried fruits and caramel hints.

Bottle from Tidens Farver @ Home. Pours pitch black with a small brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, light chocolate, wood, cognac. Flavor is light sweet, roast malt, chocolate, wet wood, cognac, some alcohol. Medium to full body, soft carbonation, light sweet finish with some light alcohol warmth. 051025
