The malt bill for this beer consists mostly of pale malt called Maris Otter, regarded as one of the finest brewing malts in the world. This is set off with generous quantities of Munich and Crystal malts, which add sweetness, and torrified wheat to keep the head white and fluffy.

Bottle from Cornelius. Murky amber body with a medium beige head. Nice lacing. Aroma of stewed peach, fig and toffee apple. Flavour of caramel, stone fruits, lime and a hint of banana. Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Soft fizz. A gorgeous beer - well rounded with lovely rich fruit notes. My favourite Wiper & True beer so far.
