# 4570; 3/2025. Spicy, black currant, blueberry, wormwood, citrus aroma. Murky redish body; pink head quickly disappeared. Fruity, soursweet, tanin, blueberry, black currant, spicy, sour cherry compote. Fuller body; lower carbonation. Very good melomel. 0,3 l, can, brewery bar, Olomouc (Moravia, CZ).

Can shared at work. A bogyosgyumi-mez komborol eddig is tudtuk, hogy mukodik (itt is), szoval az igazi nagy talalmany az a sok fuszer amig belepakoltak. Nem mondom, hogy kiemelkedik belole barmi is kozuluk, de ez egyaltalan nem problema. A nagy teljesitmeny, hogy bem lett egy ertekelhetetlen katyvasz az eredmeny, hanem egy kellemesen edes, de a gyumolcsoktol megis kisse fanyar, fuszerekkel boven meghintett koktel-szeru ital.

Can 0.33l. Almost clear, dark red colored. AROMA- lavender, dark berries, fennel, marjoram... sweet honey. FLAVOR- pleasantly sweet, honey, blueberry, blackcurrant, herbs and spices. Medium bodied. Very pleasant mix of flavors, well balanced, really tasty.

Can from somewhere. Purplish red body, some fizz and head initially but goes away soon. Blueberry aroma mixing with almost fully fermented honey notes. Lean taste, spicy, the fermented honey notes aren't perfect, vaaaaguely medicinal but nice, and, of course, the nice berry notes. Not bad, just those fermentation notes, slightly off, bother me slightly. Still, very drinkable.

Clear deep ruby mead. Aroma: very herbal, thyme and tarragon, a bit cheesy, ok. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, honey, a bit soapy, floral, lavender, sugary, herbal, ok. Aftertaste: floral, cherry flavoured candy, a bit soapy, some thyme, not a big fan, but it’s decent.

Rosée oscillant vers le pourpre, col fin rosé effervescent.
Arôme est sur un léger fruité de baies de cassis - rétro finement épicé donnant une impression de grains de poivre concassés, fleuri et côté mielleux qui reviennent en rétro-nasal avec une pointe herbacée - thym.
Palais est léger sur les baies avec une fine douceur organique mielleuse, le tout porte une bonne note de fleuri - fleur de lavande et autres herbes rappelant les ballades en Catalogne - thym et romarin sauvages. A cela s'ajoute un léger fruité de baies - plus de cassis - le côté myrtille est délicat et pas vraiment trop affiché.
