Pours gold from the bottle. A frothy white head lingers. Aroma has a mild fruity to floral feel without much else behind it. Taste is mildly bittersweet, trending mildly bitter at the finish. The adjectives crisp and refreshing spring to mind. Body is medium with a somewhat soft carbonation. Overall, pleasant.

Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Eulchen Helles ].Light unclear medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, pale malt, sweet malt, light butterscotch. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, pale malt, light bread. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20171111] 5-3-6-3-12

330ml bottle. Milky, yellow-ish golden colour with average, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity and grassy-spicy, hoppy aroma, notes of pear, nectarine, basil, a spicy touch of hay, minimally grainy, malty background. Taste is slightly bitter, fruity and grassy-spicy hoppy, minimally grainy, malty basis with cautious residual sweetness, hints of mandarine, nectarine, pear, a touch of basil; mineral-spicy finish. Wow! Top-shelf Helles.

330ml at Eulchen Trinkhalle. Really good approach to a Helles. The dry hopping gives the beer a really nice finish with hints of herbs and grass. Refreshing beer for hot summer days. Not a typical Helles!

Pours a very hazy orange color, topped with a medium small, creamy white head. Malty, bready, soy, sweet syrupy resin with cardboard in the nose. Malty sweet, some grassy bitterness. Light and almost watery body. Herbal aftertaste a bit. Not the best attempt.

Bottle from my European Secret Santa 2016, thank you Maracuja05! This beer poured quite whitish-hazy, with a bit of white foam on top. Aromatic and herb ally hoppy nose, more hops present in the taste. Felt very hoppy for a hells, which is definitely a good thing, everything superbly balanced. Nice refreshing beer, worked as a great palate cleanser after some heavy Christmas dishes.

Many thanks for this beer to Erzengel. Pours an yellow color. Tight creamy head. Slighty malty flavour, slightly hop aromatic. Good mouthfeel.

Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for this bottle! Smooth and grainy beginning. Refreshing with a nice intense grainy bitterness. Not too deep, nice refreshing but grainy, moderate bitter in the aftertaste, sessionable.

Sampled @ Craftbier Messe Mainz 2016. Leuchtend trübes hell goldgelbes Bier mit einer geringen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch trocken hopfig, helles dezent süßes malz. Geschmack mild süß malzig, dezent süß, hopfig.
