750ml bottle at home shared with Sarah and mum. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a loose white head that fades edgeward. Aroma is semi tart, crisp, dry apple, mellow funk, chalk, mild funk, apple skin. Flavour is composed of super crisp, dry, chalky, mellow funk, green apple, bark, flint, funky apple. Palate is super crisp, dry, highish carbonation.

750ml bottle from Scrattings. Slightly hazy orange gold colour, short-lived bubbly white foam head and aroma of apple, fleshy, mineral, some funk. Taste is tart, tangy, apple, fleshy, zesty, some skin, with mucky barnyard funk notes, some acidity and drying tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry finish. Nicely dirnkable.
