Tap. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is grassy-earthy hops, cereals, some yeast, a touch vegetal. Taste is cereals, noble hopspice, mildly vegetal finish. Oily mouthfeel, natural carbonation. Alright.

Pours lightly hazy golden, medium creamy white head, dissipates slowly, good lacing. ARoma is interesting, grains, bread, biscuit, noble hop, a bit of a belgian yeast phenol, field grass, floral notes. FLavor is light sweet, light plus bitter; definitely a hint of saison. Medium body. Pretty nice, actually. 5,7,7,4,14
