Fra fat på Mikkeller Lufthavnen: nesten helt klar gylden med ok skum. Lys malt, litt citrus, barskog/kvae og gress. Egentlig ganske så gjennomsnittlig og forglemmelig. Men et nytt bryggeri for meg!

Draught at MBCC 2023, Red Session. Bright golden body, low white head, rings of lace down the glass. Moderate smell of grass and herbal hops. Flavoured with grainy malts and grassy hops. Mid-dry finish, grassy. Clean on the swallow. Approved. (Copenhagen, 06.05.2023).

On tap at MBCC 2023, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out herbal, vegetal notes and biscuity malt. Flavour is vegetal and herbal, with sweet vegetal notes, almost no hops. Too herbal and vegetal. Not great.

ABV: 5.2%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, straw, grain, pale malt sweet malt, biscuit malt, light hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, grain, crackers, biscuit malt, sweet malt, pale malt, light grass. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Draught, taster. @MBCC 2022, Copenhagen (Denmark). 14/05/2022 [#5.065 Global - #4 Faroe Islands - #3 OY Brewing] Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma: biscuits, mild smoked malts and grains. Taste: Brown bread, grains and biscuits. Clean mouthfeel. Next one please!
