Sample at Brewdog Cowgate Edinburgh. Pours deep purple with a thin pink-tinged head. Aromas of maple syrup and blueberry. Taste is sweet and fruity. Too sweet for me. Maple comes through at the end.

That's more like it, good ole crazy oversweet omnipollo mess. Deep heavy purple, lotsa maple, plenty fruit, and in this case for some reason pineapple? Clashes a bit, but still clearly one of those pancake delicious things below.

Can pour with slushie @ MBCC 2022, Copenhagen. Frozen slushy with loads of sour berry juice. Some tartness and loads of berry notes.

Can from Glasbanken. Dark purple with bright, pink head. Layers of fruit. First there's a standard bianca forest berry thing going on before the brightest, freshest pineapple takes over before finishing in a loooong maple and blueberry finish. Insane flavor intensity. I can't stress how much I hate that I love this, but this is probably one of the best pastry sours ever made. Wow!
