Draught @ Mikkeller & Friends, 🇩🇰 Stefansgade 35, Copenhagen, Denmark 2200.

[ As Resident Culture / Voodoo Nothing Is Sacred Peach Cobbler ].
ABV: 13.5%. Clear dark brown colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, vanilla, bourbon - vanilla, cake - biscuit, canned peach. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, chocolate, dark malt, bourbon - vanilla, canned peach, cake. IMO: a bit odd - strange ! Body is medium to medium full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20220511]

Draught @ MBCC 2022, Copenhagen. Pours black with a small beige head. Vinous, sticky and syrupy with canned peach lingering. One stringed and pastried unrefined.

Draught, taster. @MBCC 2022, Copenhagen (Denmark). 13/05/2022 [#4.935 Global - #674 United States of America - #5 Resident Culture Brewing Company] Pours black with a small tan head. Aroma: Bourbon barrels, roasted malts and dark chocolate. Taste: Dark chocolate, soft vanilla and bourbon barrels. Elijah wood is a new thing to me but it kicks really hard here. Booze whiskey barrels and brandy. Next one please!

Tap. Black color with no head. Aroma is peach jam indeed, chocolate too, weird combo. Taste is peach jam, very sweet, then some chocolate and vanilla. Thick mouthfeel, low carbonation. Boy, this is sweet.
