Conditioning: Packaged with a small amount of priming sugar for natural carbonation in the bottle. We do not add yeast at this point, or at any point in the process. Bottles laid to rest on side and conditioned until release.
Ingredients: Malted barley (pilsner), malted wheat, raw wheat, aged hops (whole leaf fuggles, whole lead Saaz & whole leaf strisselspalt), morello cherries, water.

Bottle at Nick's. Pours hazy reddish, nose is cherry, almond, funk, taste is similar, nutty.

Tap. Hazy ruby color with white head. Aroma is a bit vineous, grapes, sweet cherries and berries. Taste is yoghurt, sweet cherry, a bit sweet, quite vineous too. Oily mouthfeel, natural carbonation. Solid!

MBCC. Hazy deep red with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, heavy cherries and wood. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 130522
