bottle brought home from Fort Colins - 2014 (Sept). Awesome farmhouse - aged beautifully for almost 10 years. Crisp, not too sour on the palate. Quite nice

A nice sour... nothing special for the ratings here. Clean sourness, nice and tart. A bit zesty and floral. Beer temple

Tap @ Beer Temple. Blonde. Apple, peach and a hint of oak in the aroma. Apple sour flavor with oak. Fairly complex, nice beer.

(Draught at Monterey Bar, Berlin, 26 Aug 2017) Hazy amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with citrus, oak wood, a touch of glue and tropical fruit. Fruity, tart taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, lemon, oak wood, pineapple, hints of glue and a fresh acidity in the finish. Medium body, dry. Woody, but tasty with a fresh tartness. Nice one.

Draft at brett fest. Aroma of tart and oak. Nice taste of really sour citrus, hops, oak, fresh tart and some grain. Good.
