Our collaboration with Varvar Brewery in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Our interpretation of the Ukrainian Golden Ale style. We've brought the softness and balance from our usual pale ales and used a new yeast to us, which leaves behind a larger amount of residual sugar. Our version of the style has a gentle bitterness that cuts through this residual sugar making it a very drinkable and enjoyable beer.
We will be supporting the Ukrainian appeal with a large portion of the profits going toward a chosen charity.

440ml can from Trembling Madness. Pours opaque orange golden with a fluffy white cap. Aroma: sweet malts, floral, light citrus, stone fruits, pine. Taste: moderate to heavy sweet & light to moderate bitter, fruit pudding, citrus, peach, pine. Medium to full body with fine carbonation. Tasty enough but that sweetness is too prominent pour moi.

Can from Eltham Wines. Hazy gold pour with a white head. Nose is mango, lychee, white grape, peach. Taste is white grape, gooseberry crumble, peach,lychee, mango. Good mix of flavours. Sweet fuit linger with a light bitter edge. Tasty stuff.
