Bottiglia. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, cracker, erbaceo, agrumi, arancia amara, limone, aromi dello scantinato, rabarbaro, vino bianco, bruciato, acetico, uva passa, salvia e sour.

Tap at Ma Che Siete Venuti A Fa, 2023 vintage. Fresh vineous, geuze-like nose. Hazy golden, low head. Medium body, sparkly, chewy dry. Grape sweetness tempered by tart beer notes, fresh barnyard, light minty grape finish.

2022 draught at Ma Che Siete, 5/3/24. Cloudy, light brass-golden. Small, densely creamy, white head. Big wheat vibes with heavy mineral, mild acidity and mild grape. Clean, malty, lots of biscuit. Juicy, light-bodied, pretty well balanced with the fruit. Low acidity, no acetic. Lingering wheat, light Brett, moderate grape character. A touch watery - some tight carbonation would really work wonders here. But the culture is interesting.

On tap at Arrogant Sour Festival 2022. Hazy yellow orange with medium white head. Funky, some grapes, vinous, barrel. Medium sourness and body. Tasty.

0,15l from tap shared at Arrogant Sour Festival 2022. Vintage 2021. Yellow murky color, small white head. Smells earthy, but lactic, some tannins. Decent smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes of apricots, stone fruits, bit lactic, earthy, grassy. Finishes dry and medium sour with lactic notes, grassy and stone fruit notes. Nice stuff, not overly complex and bit on the sour side but good

Bottle from Foeders Online. 2020 edition. Color: Hazy yellow golden, thin white head. Aroma: Funky, grape, wood. Taste: Funky, malty, fruity white grape, grapeskin, grapeseed. Oak wood. Quite some tannins. Smooth mouthfeel. Moderate tart, light bitter and very light sweetness. Just over medium body, below average carbonation. Very well balanced. Nice complexity. Long funky and fruity, tannin rich, lightly vinuous finish. Dry mouthfeel. A wild grape beer to fully enjoy at a quiet relaxing evening. Great.
