Small lingering white head.
Clear solid yellow color.
Nice malty aroma and taste.
Nice balanced bitterness.

Bottle. Blonde. Malty bready, soft grassy aroma and flavor with a hint of apple. A shy hop character. Decent.

50cl bottle. A clear golden beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of mild grainy malt, cereals, straw. Taste of mild grainy malt, not too sweet, soft floral hops, straw, okay!

Trockener, mild würziger Beginn, ausdruckslos. Leicht buttrig, süffig, Konstant und somit eher monoton bleibend, kurzer Nachhall. Unspannend. 9/7/6/8/8/6

Bottle shared on the train from Nuremberg to Bamberg during the Bamberg Jolly. Pours clear, pale yellow with a cream white head. Moderately papery, with some sugary white bread, cereal, straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. Moderately sweet to finish, with sugary malts, light dough, minimal bitterness. OK.

Bamberg Jolly Day 1 24/01/14. Bottle shared on train. Very pale yellow with a halo of white froth. Aroma is sweet grains, pils malt. Some floral hops, clean malt. Pretty sweet and worty.

Bottle on the train from Nuremberg to Bamberg (from Toom Amberg) - the final hurdle, Bamberg post Xmas jolly day 1 - 24/01/14. Golden with a good sized white head that dissipates to a covering. Nose is pale malts, faint citrics, cereal, corn, grass. Taste comprises earthy notes, cornflakes, touch of lemon rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok Helles.

Appearance: Light yellow with a white head.
Aroma: Malt, hops, caramel, grain.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Grain, caramel, malt, grass. Pretty bland.

Bamberg Bash, Day 1. Train bottle swig. Light haze on this pale gold beer,.small white head. Palate is light and dry. Fine minerally carbonation. Floralness. Light bitterness. Little spice. Dry finish.
