330ml bottle [as Anti Imperial Stout]. Jet black colour with average to huge, firm, frothy to creamy, slowly diminishing, moderately lacing, dark beige to tan head. Roasty, minimally chocolately and spicy, dark malty aroma, notes of coffee, hints of dark chocolate, a touch of liquorice. Taste is bitter, roasty, dark malty, notes of coffee, burnt coffee, darkest chocolate, a touch of cocoa, a slightly metallic touch of iron, a light herbal-spicy touch as well. Oily-watery texture, dry, minimally repellent palate, very fine, soft, still efficacious carbonation. Quite meaty, roasty bitter, almost an Anti Anti Imperial Stout - good!

0.3 l bottle from the brewery's web shop, best before December 2022. Black with a medium large, quite dense, almost stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, quite roasty aroma of dark chocolate, coffee, licorice and toasted nuts. Gently sweet, malty, quite roasty and a bit fruity taste of dark chocolate, coffee, licorice, toasted nuts and some blueberry, followed by a short, quite roasty-bitter, rather earthy finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Tasty Stout, very well-balanced and nicely smooth, quite good.

On tap. A black beer with a tan lacing. Aroma of dark roasted malt, caramel, coffee. Taste of dark chocolate malt, caramel, some liquorice, low carbonation.
