Pours unclear blonde, Small white head. Scent is oak-forward. Old lambic, funky, by age rather than brett. Taste is full, tart, bit to acetic for sute. Maple ha been fermented, leaving very little aroma. in the final aftertaste it does present itself mildly. i would have loved it to be less acetic acid though.

Sampled at Billies day 1. Clear light orange color, no head. Aroma and flavor are sharp sourish, unripe fruit, unripe fruitpeel sour. Too sharp for me to really like this one. 7-5-5-6-5

Funny, another James Bond reference... ;-)
Clear yellowish copper coloured beer, practically no head. Aroma: a bit of maple syrup indeed, somewhat fruity, brett notes, woody, good stuff! MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: spicy, maple syrup, earthy, very acidic, lots of lemon juice, fruity, nice, sweet impression, peaches, peach skin. Aftertaste: very sour, some maple syrup indeed, acidic finish.

From bottle at Wild Fest 2025. Pretty strong maple, stone fruit, oak, vinegar. Pretty sour, puckering, some sweetness from the maple. Rich.
