A traditional Bavarian-style Hefe Wiesse from space, with notes of banana, clove, and bubblegum.
Once upon a time, there was a beer . . .
It was a traditional Bavarian-style weisse beer that brought joy to villagers all across the land. They relished in its wonderful notes of banana and clove, along with its bubblegum-like aromas. Everyone was merry and contented. However, as legend has it, one day the King proclaimed to the villagers that they could no longer enjoy this delicious libation, as its name was not permitted to be spoken in the kingdom.
So, I mean, what're ya gonna do? We changed the name. Problem solved.
Thus, Legendary Shader was born. And there was much rejoicing.

Reviewed from notes.
Bottle to weizen glass.
Appearance: cloudy burnt orange color with a three finger white foamy head which slid off slowly to leave some light lace.
Aroma: banana and clove up front, sweet to tart wheat, some coriander and freshly cut grass
Flavor: mildly sweet initially then seems to open up to a more balanced sweet to spicy and subtle tart wheatiness; mild aftertaste of banana, clove and sweet wheat
Texture: medium to full bodied, sessionable; nice ebb and flow of the wheat traces over my tongue - some pops but nothing too harsh; finishes semi-sweet to spicy with the tart but never has the true "wheat bite."
Overall: seems like we're almost there, 3 Floyds, I'd say it's a really nice effort of a hefeweizen; however, where was the bubblegum part? I'll try not to stand around scratching my beard too much with this one as I "think" I liked it for the most part.

Classic hefe, offering notes of clove, vanilla, banana, and cut grass, with a spicy bittersweet back end laced with a floral bitterness. Not bad.
