Bottle. Clear red brown with a beige head that fizzes away in seconds. Aroma is intriguing with the forest floor, red fruit, nuts, red wine vinegar, oak, hints of milk chocolate. Taste is along those lines. Sour and fairly acidic with plums and cherries, bracken and oak. There is some sweetness but the chocolate and nuts don't really register. Pretty good.
