Look: deep brown with a moderate off-white head of low retention. Aroma and taste: toast, brown bread, light roastiness, dried fruit, a hint of hop. Very clean, light sweet. Low bitterness. Palate: light to medium body, lively carbonation. Overall: a quality Dunkel.

# 1032; 4/2018. Ve srovnýní s českými tmavými velmi atypické pivo. Lehké, svěží, chuťove docela bohaté, trochu praženné, karamelové, kořenité, lékořicové.

0,5 l bottle. Clear dark brown with reddish edges. One finger pale beige head. Low sweet malty smell, little but fruity. Taste starts with toasted malt, some fruity sweetness in the background. Low bitterness in the second part. Nothin´ special but still okay.

Tap at Ostry. Hazy brown body with an off whtie head. Sweetish aroma, raisins, sweet. Classic malt-driven taste, dark bread and raisins. A solid dunkel that doesn't thrill but is still very much what it should be.
