Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, white foam head and aroma of fruit, flowery, mellow citrus, hop. Taste is sweetish, malt, fruity, fleshy, grapefruit citrus, floral, melon, with hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying bitter finish. Quite OK

20/9/2023. Can from Beer52. Pours slightly hazy pale yellow gold with a foamy white head. Aroma of grapefruit, citrus, light tropical fruits, grass, hint of coconut. Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Light to moderate body, watery and fizzy. Easy drinker, and pretty typical of a Beer52 product.

The Garden Hazy Pale Ale (KonzuCan, 0.33l. Hazy yellow pour, huge soapy white head. Long lasting, lots of broken lacing on the glass. Fruity nose, tropical fruits, melon, citruses. Grassy notes in the background. Light body, medium to high carbonation, fizzy. Prickly mouthfeel, watery texture. Easily drinkable. Balanced sour and bitter taste. Fruity aroma, mango, melon, citruses. Herbal notes, spice. Earthy, minerals. Somewhat bland, lacking depth. Medium lasting finish, dry, tart, light lingering bitterness. Nothing spectacular but solid thirst quencher.

0.33 l can at The Garden Brewery Opening Night. Hazy yellow, small off-white head. Lightly to moderately hoppy, tropical, unripe fruit, citrus, lime zest. Soapy. Flavour is thin soapy, zesty. Soft carbonation, light finish, very drinkable. Too thin.

Can, ofc. Murky pale yellow body, big white head, medium to low retention. Big, fresh aroma, mainly rich, a bit sharp citric notes with some coconut undertones. Lean taste, soft, juicy, pleasant, very pleasant peachy, passion fruit touches, but disappearing into a void. Tasty and imperfect at the same time.
