We proudly present a drawing by Amina Vasyleiko, who came to us all the way from Zaporizhzhia. She is now living in Pilsen with her mother. Amina, who is currently studying Korean, loves drawing. Every war will end, tanks will turn to plowshares and the fields will be full of wheat again. Amina hopes it will end soon. As much as she likes Pilsen, she only has one home.

Bottle 75 cl. Comes as “Tanks to Plowshares”, a 6.2% Farmhouse Ale - although the GTIN takes you here. Pours an almost clear golden with a white head. Super flowery nose, camomile and yeast. Medium body, dry fruitiness and super flowery. Dry and almost astringent finish. 261223

# 3894; 10/2023. Spicy, zesty, coriander, clovy, fruity aroma. Murky yellow body; white head. Zesty, clovy, orange, coriander, spicy, pear. Excellent saison. 0,7 l, bottle, brewpub, Pilsen (Bohemia, CZ).

Bottle 0.75l. Slightly cloudy, straw colored. AROMA- flowery, meadow herbs, apple, pear, some candied fruit, jelly, dried lemon. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, lightly lemony sour, lightly bitter, the same as aroma, juicy, apricot, mango, maracuja. Medium bodied. Great saison.

Bottle. Oh yes. One could certainly find this refreshing after day in the field. Towing tanks to barn is certainly exhausting. Though, maybe as the days get warmer a summer version would be welcome? I hope the family will be able to go home soon.

Tap at Za rohom. Med-thin body, medium carbonation. Medium bitterness, light sweetness. Fully yeasty, with nice moderate phenols, rich spiciness, and hay-barnyard influence. Easy drinking, quite good.

Tap at Pivo & Burger, thanks to MK for sharing (and getting it at my suggestion!). Nice, misty yellow body, white head. Citric, phenolic aroma, white grape notes. Lean taste, white grapes, nice light herbal notes, phenolic touches, some rubber for a sec and light light tartnes. Yeah, this is a good one for me. +0.1 for the cause too!
