Bottle, huge thanks Papsoe, shared with Hrabren & Ogi. Pitch black body. Deep grainy aroma, soy sauce, very dry figs, trace glue, alcohol is well engrained here, the barrel shows, but hm, mezcal? Vaguely smokey perhaps. Lean, but somehow creamy-oily and soft taste before a tart finish. Weird mouthfeel really but works. Starts with strong dark chocolate, moves to pleasant oak, than to some sneaky tequila-like alcohol. The alcohol presence doesn't help it that much. It seems much more powerful than the 11.6% claimed and that's saying something. Not a bad beer by any means, just drink it by itself, with something.
