Bottle picked up in Netto, Zwiesel, Friday 12th January 2024 listening to Huw Stephens on 6Music after a wonderful winter loop hike today, we started by heading up from Zwieslerwaldhaus to Kleiner & Größer Falkenstein and back via Ruckowitzberg. Pours clear gold with a white head, nice bite, dry finish, I drank it too quickly to provide a quality review but it believe me it was a very good beer.

Falterbräu Drachselsried Arber Pils, Fläschchen von Markgrafen, Bodenmais. - Goldgelb, blank; kaum Schaum. - Wenig pilstypische Nase mit blassem, zart vanillesüßem hellen Malz und sehr milder zitroniger Hopfenherbe. - Antrunk schlank hellmalzig mit dünner zitroniger Hopfung, die kaum bitter ist und in einen laffen, schwach ranzigen Abgang mündet. Milde Malzsüße. Durchschnittlich rezent, eher dünn als schlank. - Ziemlich enttäuschendes Pilsener, weder norddeutsch herb noch süddeutsch hopfenaromatisch. (4.10.2020.)

Tap @ Hotel Mooshof Bodenmais. Blonde. Grass and hay in the aroma. Grassy soft hopbitter flavor. Hay, butter and malt in the aftertaste. Questionable.

Cask gravity at the Pig's ear beer festival 05/12/2017. A clear amber orange coloured pour with no head. Aroma is sweet, boozey brown sugars, ginger, chewits. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, chewy brown sugars, strawberry. Some hot alcohols. Palate is thick and chewy, super sweet.

Wax top bottle. Hand writing on the back says this bourbon barrel aged. UK Chinook, Admiral and First Gold hops. Hazy amber beer, decent cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry and with reasonable fine carbonation. Slighty thin malts, mildly sweet. A touch of bitterish wet wood. Tangy bourbon. Some ripe orange and marmalade. Quite a dry finish. Interesting. Not the best barrel aged IPA I've had but it's interesting and drinkable.

bottle, bought at the brewery. Clear pale yellow, consistent medium-sized head. Dry and hoppy Pils, slightly malty in the background. Rather spicy with flavours reminiscent of herbs. Nice hoppy finish and aftertaste.
