Flott rød farge med brusende rosa skum. Syrlig og litt som saft med kullsyre i munnfølese. Smaker kirsbær og noe i mot rips I avslutningen.

One of the better from Eik & Tid. Not the usual cucumber feeling Nice red color in the glass and a fine aroma Balanced sourness and acidity Pleasant cherry feeling in the flavor [Bottle at Kenneth Bachelor party]

Bottled.Red colour with a small pinkish head. Aroma is sour cherries, some acidity, mild saty notes. Flavour is lactic acid, some red currant, really acidicly sour and some stickiness due this. Feels like E&T are most often over the top for what any kind of balance is for sour/tart beers.

From bottle at MB2 13.04.23. Hazy ruby. No head. Acid aroma and taste with sour cherries. The taste of cherries is nice, with hints of almond and marzipan, but the acidity is perhaps a bit one-dimensional.

1 September 2022. At Hal 16 (Dok Brewing). Cheers to the Teamleader crew!

Hazy bright red, thin, off-white head. Aroma of maraschino cherry, ripe redcurrant, cherry jam, artisan frangipane, almond, cheese rind, dough. Taste has sweet-sour cherry, redcurrant & unripe strawbery in a wheaty, doughy, bit yoghurty malt body, softly lemony. Tart finish offering sour cherry, funky lemon & jam. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Not too complex but quite pleasant.
