Bottle. A clear, candy red beer with a minimalistic white head. Some lacing. The aroma has quite a lot of cherry, with a lemony sourness hint. Some cherry pits and a hint of pickled cucumber. It's tart and medium bodied, nicely carbonated, with a cherry driven flavor. Some vinegar and lemon notes. Lasting finish. Quite pleasant this one, a bit lacking on complexity. 220723

33cl bottle from Vinmonopolet, Bø. Pours clear red with s slightly pinkish head. Sour cherries, some slightly salty notes, lactic acid and hints of red currants. Sour and refreshing.

330 ml clear bottle, from Vinmonopolet Sauda, shared with my son. ABV is 5%. Moderately hazy sharp red colour, moderate pink head. The aroma has loads of lactic acid, sour cherries and cherry kernels / marzipan. Very sour flavour, loads of lactic acid again, hints of lemons, but also distinct notes of sour cherries.

Rød noe tåkete med lys rosa skum. Lukter solbær og kirsebær. Fruktig og sur. Smaker sure kirsebær og noe trevirke. Middels lang.

Tap at Valhalla Beer Club. Misty dark red body, pinkish head. Well developed, if lean, tart cherry aroma. Lean, but pleasant sour cherry profile, a bit strong sourness, a bit salty. Simple, kinda works.
