Appearance: Dark brown, near black. Nice, light tan head. Aroma: Dark malt, roasted. But mostly port wine. Taste: Mostly port wine, some dark fruits and dark malt. Sweet. Interesting. Bought: Bierrevier, 100 ml tap, CHF 3.25 Info: 21/4-2022

Poured from the tap. Near black with light tan head. Port dominates a bit here with a touch of chocolate. Integration is just okay. Still decent. Addendum: The flavours do begin to integrate more as it warms.

Tap at BGB. Pitch black body, off-white head. Creamy malty aroma, some fruity undertones edged by something butter-like, some vague toothrot funky touches. Sweet taste, malty, juicy berry notes, toothrot notes again, light tartness. Lovely juiciness from the Port, but that funkiness clashes with it in my opinion.

On tap @ Ghetto Something. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, port and berries. Pours pitch black color with large soapy violet-brown head and good lacing. Taste starts with sweet roasted malt and chocolate with distinct vinous note and totally hidden ABV, following is woody, while finish is pretty bitter. Full body, oily texture and soft carbonation in palate. Sweet & sour suitable for every hour…
