Nose is fruity, citrus, grapefruit, mango, pineapple. Taste, is floral, slightly pithy, grapefruit.
Smells nice, tastes bad. It's such a shame what Buxton have become.

(Cask at Cask Pub & Kitchen, Pimlico, London, 23 Nov 2025) Golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with grass, grapefruit and resin. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, grass, resin, white bread and a balanced citric/resiny bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Hoppy and refreshing. Nice one.

Tap at Buxton FC - Cloudy yellow body, decent white head. Good fruit punch vibe, plenty of sweet and sour hops, good sharp and refreshing.

Keg draught at the brewery tap in Buxton. Mid-gold and clear with a small smattering of not-quite-white head. Aroma is fruity with some metallic notes, a little bit odd but not too off-putting. Taste is pretty bitter, but not intensely so and there's that metallic note again. Weird. Finish gives notes of full, ripe citrus. Medium body with heavy carbonation. Gluten free beer has come a long way bit this leaves a little to be desired.

Hand pulled pint at the Pheasant Inn & Brewhouse on 26th September 2025. Hint of a haze in the golden body, white crown. Citrus front with a resinous undertone, some decent malt action in there too, nice, hop forward IPA with a bready malty base.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Almost clear blushing golden, mid sized head. Restrained aroma of hay, grapefruit and peach. Mid sweet with light body and rounded mouthfeel. Doughy bread, hay and citrus. Mid bitter finish.
